A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Honestly we were in constant contact with this customer and it was explained that we rent our trucks through a third party and that with him wanting to move on a holiday there were no trucks available . Setup the truck the following day at which point Mr. Marc was notified again . After that conversation and his attitude I explained to my staff to cancel the move. No one deserves to be interrogated about a job or disrespect by any means.

These people are untrustworthy, be careful you are not tricked. I ran out of space to add this in my first review of them, but they also tried to violate uship rules by attempting to collect payment in advance. I reported them to uship. My guess is that they realized they could not trick me and then they went AWOL.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had a critical household move planned for an exact day which they agreed to, since we had to be out of the house at that time. The day before the move I attempted to contact them to confirm and they did not reply until late in the evening and gave no indication they were going to cancel. The day of the pickup, I get a message stating they were not able to pick up their truck. After calling multiple phone numbers and emailing them, they answered and they said they were still in Louisiana ho
