Brian is AMAZING!!! I am SO GLAD I CHOSE HIM!!! He is a true professional, and there was not one single dent, crack, scratch or broken piece of glassware in my move. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper postponed my pick-up date last minute, which was already hugely inconvenient, then they completely cancelled THE DAY OF my move. Further, they didn't offer me another day to finish the job. This throws off other people I have hired and kept having to move due to J&R "Express" Trucking's postponements and now last minute complete cancellation. Unbelievable.
