Jennifer was great! She was one of the best communicators I've encountered on uShip, updating me every step of the way. She delivered my furniture quickly and efficiently. She and her assistant were very accommodating with the seller's strict pickup window and also placing the very heavy item where I wanted it in the house at delivery. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Great comms, on time pickup & delivery, and hard working. However I honestly can't give 5 stars because things were stacked poorly in the storage unit at delivery, which I was not present for. I found furniture damages but can't tell if it happened during trans or cause of the way things weren't evenly stacked. They were friendly and accommodating until the point I tipped them. Not even a thanks and never responded to my text about another delivery. Felt like they got their money and was done.

Delivered my Chevy Equinox from Lancaster to SF. Was on time for pickup and drop off, zero damages, and had great communication. Highly recommended!

Drove my best friend (dog) to my family in another state as I had to leave for a sudden military deployment. He gave me status updates along the way and took great care of the most important thing in my life. Highly recommended!

Delayed pickup several days and rescheduled multiple times, ended up being picked up after I left state & someone else had to meet him. Drop off was also later than promised. Poorly stacked in the truck along with someone else's delivery. Furniture damages but he claimed they were already there. Missing hardware bolts to custom furniture, he said he'd drop off, that didn't happen. Said he'd ship them, never happened either. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I cannot recommend Norm.

Excellent communication and service for the lowest bidder in the country! They kept me updated every step of the way and babied my new Ducati Monster. They were very professional and experienced in moving my motorcycle. I'll definitely do business with them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
