Cancelled the pickup three times costing me $150 in storage fee's that they refuse to cover. Poor communication do not return calls so I had to get Uship involved. Vehicle was finally picked up a week late by guy with a broken-down trailer with bald tires. They do net vet the drivers they hire and it shows- ready the other reviews before you pick this company.

fast ship and no damage, but they didn't tell us when they were picking up and showed up unannounced. Then they did not know how Uship worked and pestered me for payment when they had not updated the delivery status.
