Not a bad client difficult to reach, becasue of this we had to reschedual dropoff a few times

You must be joking! You're the ones who were difficult to reach and never returned messages, either sent by phone or e-mail. The rescheduling had nothing to do with me, you kept on making commitments to drop off and then didnt show up, no call, nothing. I thought I would do you a favor and post a neutral since it finally worked out, your level of service really warranted a negative rating. Last time I try to give the benefit of the doubt.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The seller of the item gave it to a family member, so it was no longer available. I verified it was available evening of 3/8/17. I booked the shipment on 3/9/17 and after receiving text from the seller indicating item was gone, immediately texted and emailed shipper to cancel and asked if there was something I needed to do. Have not heard from shipper, but saw shipping fee was deducted from my account. Please refund shipping fee asap.

The non-communicative nature during most of the transaction prevented a 'Positive' Rating. Calls and e-mails were repeatedly not returned, and the delivery date was scheduled and missed on 3 occasions without a call to me. However toward the end,they got their act together--delivery date was confirmed, an unavoidable delay was dcommunicated to me timely, they delivered in the eveng on MY schedule,and the shipment arrived in good shape. Good price Would use again, but good communication is a MUST
