This team was friendly and they delivered the item. They received a four star rating rather than a five because they went a long time without communicating and answering a few repeated texts I had sent asking if they had an anticipated delivery date of the chair they had picked up. I went almost two weeks without hearing from them and the chair was delivered three days later than agreed upon. If they had communicated better and had kept me updated, their rating would have been increased.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was contacted by the shipper two days after he accepted the bid notifying me that he could not make the pick-up or delivery due to mechanical problems. I asked him to initiate the cancellation on his end so it could be relisted again quickly and the refund issued, but I did not hear back from him.

I would absolutely use Richard again as a shipper for furniture. He hauled a handpainted armoire from Missouri to Washington and delivered on time without any incident. He communicated promptly throughout the process, kept me updated, and was extremely careful and reliable. Highly recommend!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper contacted me via email and informed me that his car broke down and that he is unable to pick the item up. He did mention he may be able to pick it up next week if his car is fixed, but is not certain that could happen by next week.
