She was very kind and over all she maid the trip go very smoothly. They had the shipment park and ready for transport. All i had to do is load up and be on my way. No hassle whatsoever. Even at drop off, a freind of hers help me quickly unload the cart. Im very greatful to have the pleasure to work with them. Thanks again for choosing us and i hope we can help you again some other time.

Margeaux moved with a purpose and had everything ready to go. Pickup was ready and delivery time was short. You appreciate when things go smoothly, all I had to do is drive and not worry about anything. Definitely will run for again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper had some cancellations with their load and we’re going to have to push my shipment back a few days past my limit. Luckily they reached before my actual requested last day of Shipping and offered a solution that will hopefully work out!

They started by assuring me on Wednesday that my delivery would be picked up by Saturday at the latest.The delivery driver they chose decided to wait until Sunday to attempt pickup.I say attempt cause when Monday came & the delivery wasnt picked up, the driver flat out ignored my phone calls & texts. This was a time sensitive pickup which I mentioned in booking & that time sensitivity was either not thought of or ignored. They eventually found someone decent. DoortoDoor will be stressful for you

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The service provider has changed the pick up time 3 times now- I have been very open and accepting of this as I understand things change and want to be as accommodating as possible. but now after changing 3 times and they have still not shown up to deliver the item, I have become very frustrated.
I have tried to contact the service provider several times in the past 24 hour period and have had no responses (text and by phone). Very frustrating...
