The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it As per the listing, the pickup and delivery locations seem to be business and we have quoted for the same, but originally pickup and delivery locations are farms , which is considered as limited access so we have clearly explained the situation and informed about the limited access charges.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I made clear in the shipment bid that forklift is available for loading and pick up. The service provider then requested an additional charge for lift gate services. Afterwards I recieved and invoice for the full shipment amount. However I had already made a Booking Deposit and was expecting an invoice for the difference. Lastly they requested information about the pickup and drop off locations that I provided already. All of these issues unfortunately made me leery of using Dimexco as my shippi
