A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved
Nov. 19th I called Legendary Logistics to find out an ETA for our Customer Novosel. I spoke to Peasa, she said that their driver had quit and had no information if the Items were still on schedule to pick up. I asked her to call ASAP. Our customer was waiting for a call back from us and she said before the end of the day she would get back to me. Never heard back from her, We made 6 calls over the weekend and the week of Thanksgiving. At that point we made other arrangements for delivery.

Service provider was unprofessional and spoke in a threatening manner to Store as well as to customer. Will not be using again Response from RWIT: All we did is ask for payment code ask no one New what was going with shipment details. So we do consider that bad service we also brought it up the building and into her apartment when it was door to door service ground level.

Next time we will need 2 people when it comes to shipping our furniture, or the capability to handle the delivery themselves. Loading in and out a stranger and neighbor had to help the delivery driver get the piece in and out of her truck which is unacceptable at this price that we paid. Will note for next time.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The pallet that was schedule for pick up will not be at this location for another week from Monday, so I can either cancel and do a new reservation for May2, or if you can edit the pick up date to then we can keep this reservation. Please let me know. Thanks.
