A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Was held up on a permit for NY City for the oversized boat coming onto L. Island, sorry if shipper misunderstood but no lies were told. Second, the marina was closed thursday and could not load till friday, I spoke with the Shipper wednesday night and informed him of this. Last, no scams here sir, I could not meet your schedule but tried to help you. The person the called the shipper i had no knowledge of, my intentions were for the broker to contact you directly.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Because of the spike in Covid and personal health issues, we were required to cancel. The service provider was excellent and responsive, and we plan to use them again in the near future when we can reschedule our travel.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the shipper called me the morning after he was scheduled to pick up my boat and said that he wasn't able to get permits so couldn't get my boat. this was clearly a lie, because you don't need permits to trailer a boat. he then had "a friend" call me and offer to get the boat for $500 more than the agreed upon rate. sounds like a bait and switch scam using uship.

Phil and the team at Boat Movers couldn't have been more professional and cooperative. They were on time, responsive, and even adjusted on the fly to a last minute change I threw at them. I would definitely use their service again.
