Zero to no punctuality, every type of excuse you can inagine, total lack of professionalism.

first of all that is not accurate, we went to location the date that we commited to and you told us total weight overall was 2000 pounds just for mini excavator and 2 extra things, not that it was going to be an equipment trailer with a mini excavator and a brush with more than 6000 pounds,so that's why my 1st driver was not able to take it because of over weight, even with that i sent another one and your shipmet was picked up and delivered, i would never do business with you either. Thanks.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I’ve been waiting since 8/23 for the load to be picked up and after multiple excuses the load was never picked up and over 2 weeks have passed.
I’ve already paid in excess of $500 in storage fees with pickup location and I can’t continue to wait while I hear the same excuses day after day.

The dispatcher never called the seller to schedule pickup and just showed up unannounced and then charged me $150 for the wait time the driver endured while the person loaded the merchandise.
NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN !

Please becareful bidding. We waited over 7 hours to get loaded because it was raining and we only charged him $150 bucks. Called the government location 3 times no call back. Called the receiver 2 times to advise them our early arrival and they did not have a lift to offload him. Waited several hours again and never charged him for waiting . We are very professional. Hard to communicate with this customer since he is out of the country.
