I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am no longer able to accommodate shipment due to no doorway wide enough to accommodate width of the piano, no help provided and narrow timelines for pickup and delivery.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After not updating about this 2 day arrival window, Tim showed up and said he couldn't move the piano by himself and would need to return a week later (1/2/2020) with more help. Today on 12/30/2019, I get a message from him saying that he cancelling the order. the reason he is cancelling the order is because there is no doorway the piano will fit through. The piano was moved into the house. He never showed back up. He clearly just doesnt want to work and is now ignoring me.
