We make furniture & ship all over the US. In YEARS using uship I have not dealt with such a rude, unprofessional person. He attempted delivery without prior notification AT ALL therefore client was not available to receive. When shipper contacted me to let me know, I attempted to help but he was very rude, started yelling and even hung up on me! Very unprofessional. After a nightmare situation shipper finally delivered however, both pieces were BADLY damaged, legs broken, fabric torn. DO NOT USE

Unbelievable....this client gave us wrong number,wrong address never answer the wrong contact person.Never answered the phone had us waiting 2days before she ever called back used racial terms on my guys. What surprised me is her back ground is Mexican. But it's fine.
