The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We agreed 5pm and a phone Call to confirm when they had collected itsm. Neither happened. Providers telephone number is not in use. Did not reply to emails. Collection address waited in for hours for the pick up.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The courier changed his price stating that his partner had quoted the wrong price and therefore he had to increase it. New price is outside of my budget.
