I no longer need my item(s) shipped Tim, I apologize for the cancellation, it was out of my control, the tractor dealer shipped the tractor overseas by mistake and we did not know this until you called Jim to schedule the pickup.
You were great and professional trying to schedule pickup and delivery.
I'm really sorry for this and I will keep you in mind for the next pickup.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider did not want to proceed with the shipment as they refused to communicate with our logistics agent who handles all of our logistics.
