After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This customer was offensive, disrespectful, arrogant, lacked an iota of understanding as to the logistics/shipping business, and after being informed as to the delay, referred to me as a liar and repeatedly disrespected my character (also referring to himself as a REDNECK).
Whereas his parcel definitely wasn't worth the hassle, this customer and I will NEVER again communicate in ANY capacity. He is simply too disrespectful. I accept the cancellation whole-heartedly.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper NEVER delivered the equipment as promised. After making repeated and unfulfilled commitments he returned the equipment back from where he picked it up in the first place.
