The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The 28th was the first available pickup date, so the delivery date wouldn't be too early. Our timeframe would end on Friday (today), but the customer asked us to cancel the shipment yesterday (4th day of availability). Yes, we tried our best to arrange it ASAP during the week, but we couldn't locate a carrier, and the customer decided to cancel before the actual timeframe ended. We hope to work with the customer again.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We scheduled a delivery to Madison, Wi many months ago and followed up many times to confirm. We were told that because we were in Los Angeles, it would very likely be picked up within the first few days so we scheduled a pick up for August 28th and we’re told it would likely be picked up before August 31st and delivered a few days later. We needed to make sure we we’re in Wisconsin to receive the car, so we worked together to find the date August 28th and the earliest delivery possible, to make

I can't say enough about Dale - my boat trailer had mechanical issues along the way, and he handled the situation with ease (coordinating all of the repairs while in route). He kept me informed, & he used his long experience to get the work done correctly - he's also a great guy, I will definitely use uShip / Dale again in the future, & I'll be telling my friends about this service as well. Jason, thank you for the very kind words. That was the most problematic & challenging trailer I've ever transported. I felt sorry for you, as you had nothing to do with what was happening, being the victim of a "most dubious" Dealer back East. You did everything possible to make things easier on me - were MOST considerate and helpful. No one could've been more considerate & helpful.
