O combinado era o carro ser retirado no meu endereço, não foi. Levei o carro até o local de coleta.
Depois, combinei de pegar o carro 2 dias depois da data que fui avisado que chegaria e no dia combinado o carro estava numa cidade 900km depois de onde deveria.
A justificativa frágil para o ocorrido foi desmascarada pela transportadora que foi subcontratada para levar o carro.
Tive o prejuízo de ter que alugar um carro e honrar os compromissos que tinha na data. Recebi o carro mas, NÃO RECOMEN
