The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time UPS was supposed to pick up last friday, without notifying me UPS changed the date to pick up. When I called, they told me that the date to collect it will be Monday February 8. Today, again UPS did not arrive. I called again and they told me the date had been changed.
The company can NOT be playing like this with my time and the times that I have to deliver to the client. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
