A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When we were routed out to the area there was an ice storm that had not yet fully cleared out in some areas. This customer in particular had a 1/3 mile long, steep driveway, that he recommended not to be traveled on for the next few days. Since we were only in the area for a short period of time, we unfortunately had to cancel. This customer was great to work with, just the weather was not in our favor! God Bless, Ali
