Where to start? This was one of the best experiences I've had with any service, and by far with shipping/moving. Tom is extremely professional, thoughtful, and kind. It's hard saying goodbye to a prized possession and putting it in someone's hands. With Tom I knew the boat would be well cared for as he pulled off. He even made the pickup at the tail end of a major ice storm, but did so thoughtfully with safety in mind. Even fixed my mistake on dropoff. 100% will be repeat customer. Use him!
