Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Family emergency - have to head back home to NY and can no longer ship this item @ this time. I have sent an email to the customer explaining in detail why I can not.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After acceptance, provider never contacted me, after I contacted tyhem, they had no record of the transaction until I sent them the confirmation. They then said it would have to pallitized and would cost over $550 when the original accepted bid was for unpalletized, $246. I have already relisted and have reached agreement with another shipper.
