I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper, is unreliable, and has taken my deposit and also the prepayment in full (in order to obtain a discount)! NOW all contact numbers have FULL mailboxes! The website is shut down and they are accumulating negative feedback from other members too. I did speak to Gary Couch on Tuesday and he had me call KC to find out about the schedule, I left KC a message...NO call back, now his mailbox is full. THEY haven't contacted me or the seller either! I would like a refund!

FANTASTIC shipper! Our mare arrived WELL rested and ready to go after a 2 day haul. Jeff and Becky are an outstanding team! EXCELLENT rig and trailer, our horse was hauled in her VERY own box stall, had hay and water on hand and room to stretch, move around and change position. THANKS so much Jeff for taking such great care of our new mare! YOU will be hearing from us again.
