Gave me complete wrong info for delivery. We tried to reach him while we were in delivery area but could not reach shipper. So we ended up storing rail until we finally got correct info from Jose. Then he complains about the delay? The delay was his own fault. If he would have provided the right info then shipment would have been early. Very poor practice to blame others for your inability to conduct your own business properly.

Collins Transport was not contacting back attempt after attempt no answer. I had to contact Uship so they could help. The delay would of not been a problem if he had stayed in touch. It took almost a month to get a response. He had all my info and the clients. I did my part and he lacked part on his side. Who is to blame?
