Never bought the horse

US horsetransport was so very good. I am so glad that I picked them. They constantly stayed in touch and made sure that I was informed about everything. When the horse arrived she was in outstanding shape. Happy, shiny and healthy....you could tell very well taken care off on her long trip. The two drivers were set up excellent. They kept the truck and trailer so clean. Watered the horses and cleaned and mucked. Very happy . I highly recommend them. They delivered in one day.amazing.

Outstanding service. In our time it is very hard to find a company that truly excells in what they do... Princeton Equine does.... all good, all positive, constant communication, really knowledgable people, clean, neat, brand new and well kept equipment. My horse went First Class. I felt as if I was the only one they were trailering. Very positive and upbeat and I just can't say enough. You will have a happy horse and total peace of mind using these wonderful people and a great company.

This was an excellent experience. I used a lot of shippers but Jennifer and Alex were so helpful and kind and very knowledgeable about horses. They stayed in contact up to the arrival and knew exactly what they were doing. Very easy to deal with and absolute professionals...two women of substance. You don't find many people like that anymore. Go ahead and trust them with your transport and you will be very, very satiesfied. I highly recommend them.
Will use them all the time again.

What can I say ? This was a wonderful shipper. Michelle is experienced and caring and her partner maintained the equipment is excellent condition. Brand new and top of the line !! They not only hauled and loaded my older mare but they also looked her over before she left and gave me a detailed report. On time, great communication. This will be my shipper of choice from now on. I am very thankful to find people like Michelle and her partner that exceed customer service in every way.

Joe Renner did a wonderful job. The show horse arrived in excellent condition and was well taken care off. He arrived completely on time without a minute late and that is HUGE !! The company and Joe Renner were extremely professional and it shows that he is an experienced horse person. I would and will use him again without hesitation.

I would and will use Suzanne over and over again. Great lady, super equipment and the horses arrive in top notch condition. She stays in touch with you and handles everything in an excellent way. You can tell she has experience and that she truly cares. Don't waste your time with anybody else--she is the one.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider cancelled last minute after I had paid UShip. This was not handled well at all. Who is refunding the UShip deposit. By leading me to believe that provider could do it and then cancelled - the provider incurred additional costs for the owner of the horse

This horse was on a 2 week time frame. We asked a question regarding a good date. We had already spoken with the p/u barn and was told no additional expense was to be held for board on the new owner. We have left several messages to this customer and we have not heard back. After asking the question and the reaction we got from the customer, it is in our best interest to ask Uship for a refund to the customer for match fees and we truly do not feel comfortable with this match at this time.

These guys were absolutely great. Very dependable and caring and knowledgeable. They were on time. My horses looked great and they treated the animals with lots of TLC. Beautiful rig. Communication was excellent. You can tell that they are in the "horse" business themselves. Would use them all over again. Excellent uship experience. Thanks Guys.
