A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved i had a break down with truck and the shop keeps telling me 2 more days for parts, the customer has been patient but i feel that its not fair to him to keep asking him to wait as he needs the shipment done,the best thing to do is cancel and hope he can get it moved another way.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipment was supposed to be picked up a week ago. I talked to the owner and he said he was too busy and would like to bring it this week. I told him I was disappointed as this was not the agreed upon date. This machine is necessary for my business and I needed it to finish our job. I would expect a full refund and I hope Ritchie bro’s is not disappointed with me for not getting this item out of their yard. This provider was rude also and glad he is not coming to my place of business. Thanks
