i find kind of funny that a person doesnt have a problem with anything till 4 months after the load has been dropped also people now days dont have the guts to just say what they feel to your face but they post crap like this neutral feedback

Dennis secured the unit 1 day earlier and delivered the unit on time. I was a bit disappointed with the delivery. We had established an 8am drop off date and I assured him someone would be at the facility ready to receive the shipment. When I arrived at the office (West Coast) I had a voicemail from Dennis saying he was at the drop location (East Coast) and no one was there to receive the shipment. The reason no one was there to receive the shipment was because the Facility did not open until 8a

I ran 2000 miles in 2 1/2 days I don't have time to sit a wait till someone shows up. and by the way you didn't mentioned there was a new tongue jack that I bought for the trailer. It was stuck in the snow and had to be winched onto the trailer with no help from the pickup site 1 am a 1 man band. I had another load set up to pickup on friday and I DID WHAT I HAD TO DO

Johnny did a great job! He was always available by phone and email. Kept in touch with me through out the entire transport and even delivered a day early. I highly recomend using him for any and all transport needs.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After providing provider with certain dates that unit needed to be secured and delivered the provided failed to achieve. Tried to contact provider to see what was going on and was unable to reach and would not return phone calls.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped There was a error on my end with the pick up location of this unit. this unit is not in Troy, NY it is being stored somewhere else.
