A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved On the day this was booked, we had a truck that was in the area to pick up that day. Unfortunately, his seller was unavailable and the funds for the purchase had not even been completed. I told him we operate coast to coast and would not be back for several weeks. And of course we were delayed coming all the way back from the East coast. Now this shipment has turned into a hot get it done yesterday deal. I communicated to the client we would pick up this week and call the seller 24 hours out; on
