The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment i got a text saying he was unable to pick up because of a fee for loading,iwas notified by text then no phone response,the transporter,, guy storing boat waited on sunday for 2hrs waiting for pick up and, no answer of phone,,if there was a extra payment for loading,i didnt know about it and would have paid,,

After driving an hour and a half to location of pick up I was notified it was gonna cost me $75 to load the trailer. Perception is everything, it was perceived that shipper and receiver were just trying to get the shipment cheaper, who’s to say when I dropped off the load I wouldn’t be charged a fee for that as well. I tried calling recirver before my notification of cancel through txt message. As far as the shipper waiting 2 hours, My fuel and time was spent as well, just be honest.

Boat was larger that info posted,we showed up to move a little fishing boat and foumd after a days drive in rain and fog,A BIG 8 ft tall boat. WE lose days work and two tanks of fuel.Life is not fair.
