I no longer need my item(s) shipped The dog escaped from his kennel at the boarding place. He has not been found.

I felt my dog was safe, never felt worried. Very nice to deal with. Quick service. Enjoyed our emails. Kept me updated on his location. My dog arrived early and looked good. He seems to really enjoy this as a job. Seems to care for the dogs well & has fun with them. I would recommend him & use them again. Thank you for your services.
