I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Yes, I'm sorry about the outcome of this shipment. However I did communicate with the customer to setup the pickup but due to my driver being stuck in another state he missed the pickup time and I was unaware of it because I don't carry my company phone on my weekends off. I won't say anything negative about the customer, I just would like to apologize to the her and wish we had the opportunity to make it up.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper has NOT been good at communicating from the start. He has been very hard to reach. He never called back when he said he would (multiple times). He said he would deliver the goods by Saturday evening and even said he had spoken to my customer. By mid-day Saturday, he still hadn't picked p the goods from me, missing by 4 hours an appointment he had with my store manager. When I finally reached his trucker, the trucker gave me a long-winded story about why he was unable to do the

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service provider has not responded to any of my calls. I accepted his bid on Saturday and called him right away. I left a voicemail message with several numbers he could reach me by. I called him twice more after that and got no one. Today I got someone who said he was at "the rental" till tomorrow night and without a phone. I do not feel comfortable working with someone who is this inaccessible.

I would absolutely use him again! He was prompt, enthusiastic, and very professional -- and everything arrived in perfect condition.
