I feel like a fool for using this company. I read all the reviews, but I was impressed by sincerity of company's response to reviews. My shipment: 4 tables + 7 boxes. The marble top of one of the tables arrived in 4 pieces (it was in a blanket). The bottom of this table did not arrive! The leg of one other table was broken (wood was split--> it can't stand w/o repair). The items in the boxes (that I packed) including delicate dishes,were fine. I am awaiting company's response to damage rept

If you notice on this customers report, that the items were picked up on time and they were delivered on time. Delicate items need to be crated, but the shipper did not want to pay anything extra,she wanted to pack her own items. I palletized her items onto a pallet,I explained to her the importance of delicate items need crating when traveling by Freight truck, but she declined the extra charges. I am very surprised by her negative feedback, when she stated in her email that damages were minor.

This company is very professional and committed to doing an excellent job. They communicated quickly on all aspects of preparation, pick-up, and delivery -- they were fast and accurate in their timescales. In addition, they are very nice people. I would definitely use them again.
