Die Kommunikation war katastrophal. Spediteur antwortete nicht auf meine E-Mail-Fragen an ihn. Liefertermin wurde erst mitgeteilt, nachdem ich mich bei uShip beschwert hatte. Ware wurde aber dann unbeschädigt geliefert (mit Verspätung wegen Stau).

Alles hat sehr, sehr gut geklappt: Kommunikation vorher, pünktliche Abholung, sicherer Transport, pünktliche Lieferung. Ich kann den Spediteur jederzeit voll empfehlen !

Unsere Schränke (vom Küchen-Studio auf einer Palette verpackt) wurden sehr zügig und in einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert. Die Kommunikation per Telefon mit dem Spediteur klappte sehr gut (auf meine Emails hat er allerdings nicht geantwortet).
