I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. customer never contacted us back when we tried to make arrangements for delivery. Some items were never picked up.

Johndrunner2014 never tired to pick up the items. On Wednesday 09/23 John sent a message saying he would pickup the items on Friday 09/25. This was after a delay due to a breakdown (understandable). Later that same day he sent me another message saying that If everything went ok he would pick up the items on Thursday 09/24 and delivery Friday. I said ok. He never went to pick up the items or tried to contact me after that. After several days of no contact and no delivery, I reached out to him.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Prior to accepting the Provider for my shipment, I asked them to confirm they would be able to pickup within the timeframe listed. They responded they would. After I accepted them I called, no answer so I left a message. The day they were supposed to pickup I called again, no answer. After the day passed, I called again and also sent an email. Still no response, I cannot wait any longer. I am not surprised based upon feedback left by others, I just can’t wait any longer.
