After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer did not give me time to form a schedule for pickup. I deal with multiple people and this delivery gave me so much leg room but they were to forceful .

This is disingenuous. I sent an introductory email and you did not respond. Then three friendly follow up texts over a period of three days. No response. I had to cancel.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period In my initial posting, I stated the importance of communication throughout the shipping process. I contacted Chad via email to introduce myself and he never replied. Two days later I sent a text asking if he received my email and he said "No, let me check". Then I never heard back. I sent three more texts over the next two days asking him to reply. I also find it curious that he never once asked, well what did the email say? Because the email contained important information related to the shipp
