I did not show up at agreed upon date and time i waited for the yrc driver to show and it was past the 5 pm pick up time and still no show. the order had to be delivered by tuesday and now i have to make other arrangements to get the order to the customer. if they pick up on monday there is no guarantee without paying addditional monies to get it to the customer on time.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment he showed up with a utility trailer and the business would not load on top of his trailer per company rules. i opened a case earlier in the month and i have not received a credit on my charges even though he did not pick up the item and i cancelled earlier. i am disputing the charges with the bank. uship has had plenty of time to resolve the issue and has not. i have been using uship for business shipments and want to continue but thi is not right keeping my money for services not rendered. Response from shipaddict: Yes I understand how you feel I was upset also they would not allow me to load it on the trailer for some reason this was kind of out of my hands at that point. Uship should of returned your money remember we do not get the money until the job is done.
