I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is the owner of TNT.. we was just made aware of what’s going on. unfortunately there was a accident and the driver had to lifeflighted to the hospital..... tow truck went into the drivers lane and there was a head on collision..... I have another truck that can take care of the customers product. We can send him in the morning... sorry for any inconvenience.... if the customer wants to go with another carrier, that’s no problem... we are just trying to fix this tragic situation...

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We bid this auction with 2 days to pick up and an additional 2 days to deliver. We received booking details at 3:01pm the 1st day of booking, thus not allowing us to dispatch on Monday. Today, AAA Cooper made a typo when entering dispatch order into their system to send to dispatching station, causing a delay in pick up. Customer called office at 3:59pm, 4pm, 4:01pm. Being on a conference call, I asked my domestic manager to call AAA Cooper to check on pick up and then call customer. At 4:1

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have talked to Derrick and he said he was coming on Thursday or Friday , a problem came up said he would be here Friday at 11:00 am, at 11:40 we keep calling him with no answer, I did get a hold of Derick around 12:00 pm and he said he was 68 miles away and was on his way, I have not heard from him scene, it is Saturday now and no word from him. I cancelled the order at 8:29 am this morning. note Derick did not communicate well with us at all, we had to keep calling him with no answers.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Fail to Communicate, Said she would pickup shipment on Friday never heard from her. Sent e-mail and had wrong phone number on u-ship, note: phone number has been fixed. Had to get u-ship involved to reach her.
