it was nice to meet Paige and I enjoyed helping her get her desk. The packaging of the desk at the shipper was a bit of a concern as he screwed a sheet of plywood to the bottom of the desk and also included a lamp that was not part of the shipment. Good communication and overall a good experience.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider My bid was accepted on 6/28 and I contacted the shipper on that date. No response. Contacted again on 7/1. Said just saw bid and wanted to p/u 7/3. That did not work with my sender, due to holiday. I gave shipper available dates and asked for a another quote. No response. Had the shipper responded in a timely manner, I may have been able to work something out with the sender. But 36 hours was NOT enough notice. And no responses is unacceptable!!!

Service could not have been better. Communication was excellent, and accurate, from the beginning of our transaction to the day of delivery. My furniture items were packed like fine china -- wrapped in blankets AND plastic. Provider was very personable and a pleasure to work with.
