In bringing these two items from NY-California as well as making sure nothing was left in the apartment this gig completed the move which began in August. Once I gained this couples trust it was a pleasure to work with them.

I bid on this shipment because the shipper is 15 miles from my house and required special attention since they were not sure as to the amount of items they were going to ship. After a number of revisions we finally got their belongings including a ford ranger out to California. The shippers budget was limited. The truck was full with not an inch to spare. This gig taught me that it is important to get ahead of time as detailed a list of items & dimensions so that you do not overbook the truck.

I would not recommend National Auto Trans as they are a very unprofessional organization and communicate only lies and false information and feedback. The cross country delivery of a vehicle was completed but it was several days late and personal items are missing from within the vehicle and are believed to have been stolen as the doors of the car were left unlocked. They will lie about this shipment and try to blame it on the customer. Even their own drivers made indications of problems.

I am sorry that you feel this way, the only reason your drop off dates had changed is because we had tried to contact "Helga" on drop off for 2 days while our driver slept in his trucking waiting for her call, 2 days! Most trucks would have left the area with the car, but we waited for the customer.

Our last two pieces of furniture were wrapped nicely and delivered on time without any damage as expected. Thzig is a very trustworthy, communicative and helpful person and we felt comfortable working with him again. We never meet anyone quite like Thzig. Thzig helped with taking care of a few issues needing attention inside our house and making sure the place was completely cleaned out for us and even took photos. We wouldn't hesitate to hire thzig again!
