I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipping company was supposed to pick up shipment Sunday or Monday 1/19/2020-1/20/2020 and has not responded to update request or phone call. It is now 1/21/2020. Shipper had a nigh cancellation rate but decided to give them a shot. Not a good idea. Thanks, David
