I picked up trailer from auction (which in itself is a pain) when I said I would, delivered when I said I would and even waited at drop off point for customer to go change out his hitch to right size ball. Then I hooked trailer up to truck for him! Don't Know why 4 stars except previous 2 drivers who said they would do it didn't show up.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Had communication after was booked was told it be picked up Friday possibly then monday for sure next day asked when could be delivered told them tried email and text and phone calls with no reply I am now being charges storage fees in the trailer because it was not picked up...seemed like good guy on the phone was familiar with the company that had trailer. Text them said I need a reply before I turn u kn and nothing that was 3 days ago so now I need my trailer picked up and my money back .

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services fellow picked up my offer talked to me 3 times then dissapeared on me with no reply to emails or how he was going to haul my shipment. i have relisted the shipment already but i am out what i sent this fellow thru paypal and i need that back so i can use on hopefully a for real and true company. thank you
