A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I rescheduled the first Friday pickup for the following Thursday. My route is Texas to Florida weekly, Hurricane Harvey happen a really big thing. My shipments were delayed 4 hours due to driving in tropical storm Harvey coving Texas and Louisiana. Receiver of the items wasn't ready that day for the items regardless of my delay. Receiver told me the fallowing morning that delivery of the next Tuesday would work best for him. Shippers timeline didn't match with receivers availability to accept.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DRIVER CANCELLED ORIGINAL PICK UP THEN DRIVER CALLED FOR 9 PM PICK UP WHEN HE COULDN'T CONFIRM AN AFTER HOURS DELIVERY HE JUST DECIDED NOT TO DELIVER AT ALL
