The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it we comply with what was agreed, the client provided total wrong information as is posted on the questions/answers section, they told us 30ft long, we sent a full 40ft trailer who can handle 20k lbs, they refused to load our trailer because they said they will need a 53FTDRYVAN which it could not be the same cost for a full load and using a dryvan, we drove for 6 hours to go there and now they gave the load to another company to pick it up today, we spent a day and fuel on this shipment.

One of the best experiences I've had with a carrier. They kept me updated on the shipment and made sure the delivery and pick up dates were done as needed.

Although Jason did communicate well and had excuses for all the problems, fact is it took and extra two weeks to get done and cost me an extra $700 because his trucks didn't show up when they were scheduled, twice. Lesson learned.
