I WAS APPRECIATIVE OF HIS PATIENCE WHEN A MAJOR ROUTE CHANGE PUSHED BY THE DELIVERY DATE A BIT...AT LEAST IT WAS STILL BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH AS HE INITIALLY HOPED! :) ENJOY YOUR BIMMER AND HOPE TO WORK WITH YOU AGAIN SOON.

THANKS FOR THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK...WE HAD TO BE CREATIVE AND FLEXIBLE TO MAKE THAT DEEP RURAL IOWA ROUTE PICKUP, AND EVERYBODY WAS GREAT IN DOING THAT. I SURE DON'T GET A LOT OF BIMEMRS FROM IOWA TO MOVE THOUGH! LOL....ENJOY THE BIKE IN THE BIG APPLE.

DAMAGED MY VEHICLE, NOW WOWN'T PAY BILL FOR HAVING IT FIXED, WOWN'T RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS. LIED TO MY FACE THAT HE WOULD 'RIGHT THIS ACCIDENT'- Made me get 3 insurance estimates and then send him a picture making sure it was done, and now ignores me, and ignores correspondence from USHIP asking him to contact me. He even signed a bill of delivery stating he damaged it! Use at your own risk! Oh, and U Ship will do NOTHING to help. What do you have to say for yourself Mark Cook?

Berrett, Per the pictures you sent of the scratches, It is still unclear if scratches are fixed or not. Futhermore looking back at contract, you did not purchase full coverage insurance, therefore base coverage at 0.60 per lb as stated in agreement which you accepted. This is all that was applyed for three Scratches. I am sending you 20.00 usd on the 10th of Qct year 2010
