Gene is exactly the kind of guy that makes U-Ship GREAT!! He was very professional and communication was very good. He didn't just show up on time, he was early and he went the extra mile for us and gave us a heads up on an adapter we would need, insured our trailer, helped us hook up and made sure we were off safely.
