The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped match details said i would pickup on monday or tuesday in Gr. Rapids. Mi. i had a spot open 3 weeks in a row for this car because he said it was ready to go. i had my schedule set to go to east coast each week. i went each week with 1 open spot because i didn't have time to get a fill in when his wasn't ready to go because he was trying to get out of paying sales tax. Gr.Rapids is 30 miles from my house. then he wants me to pickup in Detroit on friday nite on a weekend i have a family wedding on

This car goes oversea,so don't have to pay taxes.Dealer suddenly said that he can only give this car over to my hand on Canadian border and wouldn't release to anybody else..

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was NOT a change in shipping price as stated and I do not want this posted to my account. I did have stated in my bid that the car must be insured for me to drive the car, he did not let me know that he did not have insurance unti he ACCEPTED the bid, and he did not have insurance and I could not insure the car because it is not in my name so I will accept the cancellation if he will change the wording to reflect the correct information. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period john didn't answer for a week on my calls or emails then he said that it was a snowstorm and it was a power interuption (for a week!) Then he promissed to pick up a car on friday or monday Feb 22 or 25, didn't shoe up and didn't call didn't reply on email or calls...The only thing he did - he sent me an invoice to pay remaining amount.... Worst experience ever. Please don't do business with this person!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I bought this car from the dealership and paid in full for the car and for the transportation. Than suddenly sales manager contacted me and I was tald that this car can't be realeased to this driver because this dealership managment after contacting with MI authority decided to release this car only on Canadian border and only in case if I meet driver there. So, I have no choice but to cancel this service.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After accepting this provider.I was trying to call him- it was a residental line with the privacy call on. No response. Then later I received en email asking to provide all the pick up and delivery information. I asked to give me a phone number and copy of insurance. This provider listed as USDOT...The reply was ok. And nothing then.Today new email -"We did not have any information for pickup & delivery that truck is gone! We can not hold up other customers for one vehicle! Sorry maybe we can

But this car has no insurance (it goes oversea) and Service provider can't provide insurance. Would definetly dealing with this person another time when if I have a car for shipment which is insured...

There was not a change in the price but the shipper could not provide the insurance for me to drive the car so we agreed to cancel the bid. This was a great shipper...I wish things would have worked out. I would definitely drive for him again if ever given the chance! Judy
