I would absolutely book Edy again! He was a strong communicator, very responsive, willing to problem solve. Upon pickup, he realized that our trailer had water rot on the tires of our boat trailer. He immediately volunteered to take the trailer/boat to get new tires put in, ensuring it was a safe transport. It delayed his trip by a few hours, but he made it happen and was very polite and understanding.
