My first time using auto transport and I felt the overall process was straight forward and well handled. Comms from Marvel were by phone and were sufficient. Experienced about a 9 hr delay from initial delivery ETA (truck stuck in Brooklyn) but even so driver communicated as needed and delivery was smooth. Courteous reps and driver, even regarding my newbie questions. The uship escrow/payment worked well, nice system.
