I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I've called the customer multiple times and the customer is not responding when I can pick up the shipment, I'm getting no response and do not want to accommodate the delivery

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper booked the pickup and sent an email that they would pick it up the next day no eta was mentioned and now after multiple attempts to contact the shipper over several days still haven't heard back and I have no update regarding what's happening.
