Alex was great to deal with I had a hard time to get a hold of her to try to re plan her schedule as the weather was a little unconvenient and ruined my plans. I had to hire a freind of mine to go help with this shipment. After talking to Alex after the shipment was over, my freind did me no favors and asked over and over again for extra money. Alex paid the extra which she didn't have to do. She was easy to deal with and a great person and all and all in the end everything was settled.

DO NOT use this guy. He promised to reimburse me for the extra money he scammed out of me, plus the "tip" his friend demanded. As of today I have received nothing but broken promises. His name is Jason Whitmore- avoid him at all costs.

I can't decide between negative & neutral. Shipper opted to accept book it now for $200 then was not available to p/u M-F after 5pm or on weekends. He then agreed to p/u on a Sunday & deliver Monday for an extra $30. Without telling me he then had a friend contact me for p/u & delivery both on Sunday. Friend then asked, more than once, for a tip!! If you book this guy make sure you both agree to specifics, don't get suckered for more $$$.
